About QCITIZEN
QCitizen is the blog project of Lynn Lopez, an editor, writer, and video creator. I was born and raised in Quezon City—in fact I still live here and have no plans to leave—and I created this site back in 2016 with the goal of becoming a repository of Quezon City history, sharing local news, and giving readers the latest updates on restaurants, shops, and events in the city. That hasn’t come true. Instead, it’s become a chronicle of what I saw, did, and ate in the city, which is not a bad thing for it to be.
Updates are sporadic; as much as I want to give you a regularly updated guide on what’s new and hot in QC, I spend much of my time working. Still, I hope you’ll be interested in whatever I do post here whenever I can—enough to make plans to see what else is going on in QC.
