Even though it’s flush with dining options, it can still pretty challenging to find a place to eat in the Scout area, especially if you need parking. We chanced upon Caffe Allor Ristorante the other day while we were looking for someplace to eat. Sometimes, parking slots make the decision for you 😀
The place looks nice—makes one think of you’re in a street with multiple cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating.

We ordered mushroom soup, eggplant parmigiana, and spaghetti bolognese; I generally like to order a bolognese on my first visit to a restaurant, if they have it. It didn’t take long for our orders to arrive, thankfully, and we had a pretty good meal. We were given free soft-serve ice cream to round off our lunch.

I gotta say I was a bit baffled by their menu. The restaurant is Italian presenting, and yet they have croissants, crepes, bulalo, halo-halo, and sinigang, among others. I suppose they’re casting as wide a net as possible to pull in potential diners.
Still, it was a satisfactory experience, and I do see us coming back here to sample the rest of the eclectic menu.
