In July, I saw an Instagram ad of some very red, very scrumptious-looking strawberry doughnuts. They were made by a place called Strawberry Haus PH, so I instantly inquired about said doughnuts. They said that their strawberries were still being grown and to give them until the end of August when they can begin harvesting.
In September, they sent me a message telling me that the strawberry doughnuts were ready for ordering and of course I got myself a classic strawberry doughnut, a strawberry cream cheese doughnut, and a strawberry lemon doughnut.
These doughnuts are baked, not fried, and they’re all amazing. The strawberries are the true star of the doughnuts—huge, sweet, and a real treat.
