If you pass by West Avenue or Examiner Street (just the area in general, really), you might have seen this cart rattling along, pushed by a single man (Thomas Francisco, as indicated on the cart) and with several dogs tied to the cart and walking alongside him. It’s a heartwarming sight, and the dogs seem to enjoy being with him.
